An AI-powered autonomous security guard designed to handle vehicle access, visitor verification, resident communication, deliveries, maintenance personnel and security incidents with minimal human intervention.
Traditional gated security depends heavily on guards manually processing vehicles and visitors one at a time. During busy periods, this creates queues, delays and inconsistent verification.
Visitors and vehicles can create long queues when every vehicle must be manually checked before entering.
Guards need to manually ask questions, contact residents and record visitor details.
A human guard can only focus on a limited number of vehicles and interactions at once.
The AI Security Guard acts as an autonomous first layer of security. It observes incoming activity, communicates with people, verifies identities, contacts the appropriate person and controls access based on the situation.
Detects vehicles and people while identifying license plates, vehicle characteristics and, where appropriate, faces.
Speaks with visitors and collects information such as destination, purpose and expected duration.
Determines which workflow should be followed and who needs to approve or handle the request.
The system follows a continuous security workflow.
Cameras detect incoming vehicles and people.
License plates, vehicles and identities are analyzed.
AI communicates with the visitor and understands their purpose.
Residents or relevant departments are contacted when required.
Access is granted, denied, escalated or monitored.
Registered vehicles can be recognized automatically. If a resident arrives in an unregistered vehicle, identity can be verified through additional authentication.
The AI asks for the block, floor, unit, resident, purpose and expected duration, then contacts the resident for approval.
Delivery personnel can be identified and the destination resident can be notified before access is granted.
Maintenance personnel can be classified and routed to the building's maintenance or management department.
Emergency situations can trigger priority workflows and notify designated personnel.
Unknown or failed identities can remain blocked while the system escalates the situation to human security personnel.
The interactive website is only a concept demonstration. The actual system is intended to combine hardware, artificial intelligence and access-control technologies.
The gate is only one component of the system. The goal is to automate the entire security interaction.
Detect vehicles, people and events.
Communicate naturally with visitors.
Confirm identity and authorization.
Determine the correct security action.
Open, deny, notify or escalate.
Interactive demonstration of the proposed autonomous security workflow.
